With this privacy statement we want to let you know what data we collect from you and for what purpose this is done. Information you provide to our company will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Claim (GDPR).

1. For what purposes does Koninklijke Drukkerij Em. de Jong require data?

b. Orders

When you place an order, we process your data to be able to handle the order properly. This includes communication regarding the processing and delivery of the order. We use the personal data provided with the reservation/order. In this case, this personal data is only used for this purpose and is only accessible to employees who are involved in the ordered services.

c. Questions and complaints

When you ask a question or submit a complaint or when you contact us by telephone, e-mail, via social media or by post, you will be asked for contact details for handling the question or complaint. d. The visit to the website

2. How long is data kept?
